Terrible not honoring what our contract agreement....

Terrible not honoring what our contract agreement. Calling only to hear we will look into why our garage sensors weren't installed. Burnt out garage door opener another day to be home. Doorbell works sometimes. Do not recommend our rep doesn't work for them anymore huh! So disappointed in this company. Think it's time to call BBB, and a lawyer to get some money back for not honoring contract.
