You can sell car only after they set a minimum price on it (which is unacceptable/unacheivable)..
If not then they will auction car at their minimum price which they'll not get and will hold your car untill they do if they don't for months and months they will lower price
As time passed by car will depreciate with this the lower amount cannot be fetched in auction either
When you contact their contact centre they offer little or no help and claim they're offering financial assistance which is hardly assistance at all

Avoid this awful trap as I should've when I had a chance

Rubbish customer service they don't help at all
Won't listen. It's a one sided argument
Wish there was a zero star
