Level 1 support is rarely able to answer my questions. Level 2 support is almost never available at the time I call and has to call me back. Call backs from them vary from 1 hour to THREE WEEKS later. If you can get level 3 support, then you're golden. Level 3 is usually able to immediately solve any problem that won't involve the programmers. But you have to work through level 1 and level 2 before you get level 3 support.

I'm not sure the programmers actually exist. If you find a bug? Yeah, just give up unless the bug repeatedly and consistently crashes your network and you can't avoid it. Requests to talk to the programmers are denied. Bugs are completely ignored when reported. (I have a list of 15 bugs, many of which have been in the program for over 2 years).

The support website has been a massive joke over the years. For over a year, the forum wouldn't even accept new posts. Recently it has been accepting posts, but not displaying replies. I just checked now again and it finally is displaying replies....but my 4 month old reply is "awaiting review".
