Wait times are forever because of individuals coming here for NON emergency matters for issues like sore throats, coughs, congestion, runny nose, headaches, the lobby is filled with people sitting around laughing on cell phones for NON emergency issues. That s what a primary health care physician is for not The freaking ER. My son had glass stuck up into his foot which is definitely an emergency issue. If he had a sore throat I would take him to his Doctor not the ER. Be prepared to wait 3-4 hours in lobby on top of a 3 hour wait once they get you back.
