I took my 2018 rogue over for a recall update and told them I was also having problems with the heater on the drivers side. the Service guys were absolutely great in getting me set up with a time that worked for me! I took the car in and they got the recall fixed but said the heater was a major deal and they had to get parts. They ordered the parts , scheduled a time to return, gave me a vehicle to drive ( I live about 45 miles from the dealership) and told me they would call when the car was ready. They completed the work, as they said, called and I returned, picked up my car and it is working as it should. the service guys I dealt with there were great we have 2 Nissan vehicles and we will return to this dealership for all our service work!
