We have bought BMW X5 from Hendricks BMW at Charlotte Indepedence Blvd. Sales man Crish Rose make our process so easy and we make our decision in 30 min to buy car.He provide all the details about the car and make negotiation very easy and offer best price for the car which ,we don't get anywhere in town after spend 2 to 3 hrs in dealership. Which is telling how nice he is and how much he care about customers. He is our go to guy and I will recomanded my friends and family to buy car from him. Overall process is make so easy.
