So impressed with this dealership's service depart...

So impressed with this dealership's service department. Fast, friendly and highly professional staff. Needed to get an oil change on our 2019 Outback that we purchased in another state (just moved to SW Florida in May) and were not sure what dealership to choose from - boy am I glad we chose O'Brien! Pulled up and received immediate attention from Ariel who informed us that our car had a recall issue that required attention asap (fuel pump). We were set up with a free rental on the spot and our car was ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours. Amazing.

My husband and I both agree that we cannot recall having such a positive experience at any dealership. And that includes service on high end vehicles we have owned (Porsche, Volvo, Range Rover, BMW).
We are not currently in the market for another vehicle but O'Brien will definitely be getting our business when we are ready and I will not hesitate to recommend them to all friends and family!
