Update: I was told that the part for my car would be in first thing in the morning and that the car should be ready mid-late morning. The part didn't arrive till noon, the car was ready at 2, and upon returning home, I noticed scratches and a dent in the bumper, as well as damage to the personal property inside the vehicle. The agency seems very reluctant to take any responsibility for this damage, and I am awaiting a response.

They definitely DO NOT operate under the principle that the customer is "number one," contrary to their intro message.

The staff and other workers here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I am from out of state and have a leased Honda. A sliding door was broken while visiting family, and I had to use this dealership to fix it. Communication was horrible, there seemed to be only one person working who could access and give out information about my vehicle (who was never available), and I was repeatedly dealt with in a brusque, impolite manner. My trip home was delayed, not because of time to do the diagnosis or repair, but because it took a day and a half to get a report back on what was wrong with the vehicle and what the cost would be to fix it. There is another dealer in TR. Use that one.
