So I am on my third BMW. A 7 Series this time. I needed my first oil change so I thought I would shop around a little because I knew it wasn't going to be inexpensive. I actually called Jiffy Lube first, then an independent BMW service company and third came BMW of Murray. I did those calls in the order that I thought would be from cheapest to most expensive. It was actually the exact opposite. JL - Around $170. Independent was around $135 BMW of Murray was $116 after taxes and fees. So needless to say, they will get more of my business in the future. My service writer was Val. She was understanding, helpful, informative and easy to talk to. I will certainly return to BMW of Murray for future services. Thanks Val!
