Been going here for a few months now and I really love the worship team. That's one of the big things that drew me toward the church right off the bat. The pastors are very knowledgeable and definitely teach with passion. Love hearing the word of God spoken here and I really like the video cafe as an option for viewing the service. The greeters are amazing and are always smiling and shaking your hand as you walk in the doors. The cafe personnel do a great job making sure we get our morning snacks so that we can enjoy the service even more. Worship team is always doing an awesome song list to get me pumped for the message to come. It often seems like I'm at a Christian music concert (which is probably one of the things I liked about it). Pastors do a great job keeping the audience engaged in their message. I always take something away from each service. I was very critical while trying to find a new church here in San Antonio ( last church was Calvary Monterey: If you're near the area in CA please go check out pastor Nate, he is an amazing man of God) and many other services in the area for whatever reason weren't the ones for me. Ultimately God speaks to everyone differently and will lead you to the church you should be at, but I think that City Church is definitely a great place to look.
