We had a pretty decent meal here as walk-in diners early on a Friday evening but didn't feel especially welcome.

We sat in the courtyard rather than under the dome itself, and felt the atmosphere was airy and calm. We started with cocktails. My wife chose their mojito and found it too bitter, to the detriment of the whole meal. I discovered that they only offered the three amazingly expensive ones on the menu, so I settled for water and wine by the glass during the meal.

My wife did not enjoy their "crunchy chicken salad", perhaps having had her palate tainted by the mojito. I thoroughly enjoyed my excellent tuna tartare, which was made with excellent fish and dressed to a perfect sweet-stickiness with a hint of ginger and sesame.

I opted for their steak tartare. It was good, but rather average for a signature Parisian dish. My wife opted for their black truffle pizza, which she enjoyed while feeling it was slightly under-cooked.

The meal overall was good, with flashes of excellence. It's a great place to try and you'll probably have a really good meal, but you may find as we did that the service is impersonal and that the prices somewhat exceed the value offered.
