Had a small, but worrisome, problem with some recessed lighting. Jason arrived, exactly on time, for scheduled appointment. Jason went over pricing, for service call and diagnostic fee, before starting work. He found the problem, explained all of his steps, and fixed the issue. He also did a full inspection of electrical panel (explaining all that he was doing) and outdoor electrical meter. He was also a super nice guy who was patient with my questions. I will ABSOLUTELY call Dawson's again when we need help with any electrical problems.
