I just bought new bar 97 world wide smog machine 3...

I just bought new bar 97 world wide smog machine 3 week ago,
But I already having a problem not passing 3day calibration few times already such a floopy drive error, fuel cap test fail. so I called service call for repair more than 48 hours ago, but they did not show up
and service technician has not been contacted yet.
Technician came third day and he said machine works fine, everything OK. But Im have same problem again. I call the service call again then I have to wait 3days for repair again
If you are going to buy this machine think about it one more time
