The saunas and water circuit are lovely and relaxing. In the afternoons on the weekend, however, the place becomes quite crowded with more of a spring break/beach party vibe. If you're looking for quiet relaxation, you could be disappointed and frustrated by groups of people engaging in conversations with their friends at full volume in and around the pools.

I agree with some of the other commentators here that staff could be more professional and attentive. For instance, no one at the front desk explained how to pay for lunch. We thought it would get charged directly to our accounts based on our wristband numbers. After our meal, my friend and I had to wander back around to the change rooms in search of our wallets; we then had to go back to the front desk to wait in line in our bathrobes to get a staff member to pre-authorize a credit card transaction on their computers; finally, we had to head back to the dining room computer to debit our accounts. An awkward logistical issue that could have been avoided with proper explanation of the payment system at the outset.

In the women's change rooms, the shower-heads are in need of an upgrade.

Going to give this place another try, nevertheless. Looking forward to trying the salt pool and mud baths.
