Great walking trails, views of the quarry, and peaceful scenery. Dogs are allowed on leash. Be ready to carry their poo bags cause I only saw two trash cans. The whole area was extremely well maintained and trash free.

If you're looking to get out of the house on a sunny day, I'd recommend going early afternoon on a weekday. If I'm correct, the fall temperatures almost guarantees you'll see few others there.

There are multiple quarries (all mapped and with paths) in this area and properly certified scuba divers come here to train or explore (this is permitted). There are also rock climbing and bouldering areas but I can't speak on those as I've not been yet.
