Edit: My HVAC was originally repaired about 3 months ago, but i started having the same issue. The online chat person was also not helpful, but the scheduler was easy to work with. Ultimately, they came out the next day and resolved the issue for free.

(-) the original person tried hard to up-sell! My AC motherboard needed to be reset, but then I was told the capacitor was also out for my unit and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. They offered multiple $7,000 packages before actually stating the fix itself was a $300 issue (after I repeatedly asked because it was never listed despite all the other "offers").
