I was upgraded without asking. The room is a bit dated but functional. One of the phones was not working but it did not bother me. One of the lights over the door was out and was replaced quickly.

The air con was excellent - it was cool without any sound or noise. Internet connection was quick and easy. There were many TV channels to choose from. Room service was generally good, every call was answered with my name.

Overall it was excellent. Just some maintenance issues.
