Presently the largest mosque in Turkey though soon to be overtaken by a mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is beautiful and set in an exquisite location: on the bank of the Seyhan River and in a park.

The mosque is hard to miss in Adana; indeed it should not be missed. Unlike many other mosques worth seeing in Turkey, this mosque is new having been completed in 1998.
