We decided to purchase a property on the island of Fuerteventura. Not knowing how to go about this we contact Goldacre having read their profile to see what we could do. From the start were outstanding. They contacted us directly by phone to see what we were looking for and when we were likely to visit. An appointment was set up before we arrived. upon visiting the office we spoke to Nic who ran through all the questions we had and answered them all, he had set up 6 viewings before hand so not to waste anytime. Each viewing was thorough not only with the property but the area and amenities so you knew exactly what and where you were buying. They went through the whole process arranging lawyers, notary, bank accounts, maintenance through Room To Breathe, new furniture with Design Emporium. For anyone thinking of buying on the island please contact John at Goldacre who explains what they will do and they will do it. He says his company is a one stop shop and that's exactly what you get. It takes away any apprehension, worry or stress which always comes with purchasing such a large item but I cannot express in words how professional they are. I would without question recommend them and his management company Room To Breathe who are also fantastic. Trust me you will not make a mistake using them. The whole staff are fantastic, friendly, professional. we feel like part of a family now and not just clients.
