Started off O.k but lately website is so slow its hardly usable, Been waiting on a support ticket to be responded to for almost a week. They have now sent me an Email telling my monthly plan cost is changing from $49AUD to $249USD PER MONTH

Edit: Thanks for telling me to reach out to discuss further when I already had and was basically told if I don't like it leave. (I have by the way).

I must say pricing many of your customers away to your competitors is an interesting tactic. While I am not totally against the price rise it makes it clear that NETO is struggling and I can't risk my business if NETO is in such a dire position where it need to raise prices 7 fold.
