I recently engaged with a consulting firm to help with some business strategy and marketing. The team at this consulting firm was diligent and professional, and they provided some valuable insights. However, I found that the communication could have been more proactive, and at times it felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, the pricing structure was a bit ambiguous, and I would have appreciated more transparency in that regard. Overall, the experience was average, and while I did gain some useful knowledge, there were areas that could have been improved to enhance the customer experience.
