Sorry to tell you the negative reviews are true. There's a reason people give this service department low ratings.

I was so upset with the way I was treated I would have gladly gone to another dealership if I wasn't pressed for time.

I recommend you try another service department for your VW.

I can honestly say they don't care about you here. They just want you to pay money and leave.

I will never return. Myself and my passat deserves better.
