Got into an accident almost three years ago, I was at fault. All of a sudden a few months ago my mom (Whose name my insurance card had on it at that time) began getting calls and letters from them. Then, right before Thanksgiving she received a letter threatening to suspend my license. I work two jobs, one of which is half an hour away so I can't afford that. My mother then went to a family friend who is an attorney, and the following was their experience.
He called the Insurance company that directed them to these idiots. That's correct, IDIOTS. Took them almost two hours to figure out the case number, the time of the incident, the place, EVERYTHING! Add in that the lady they spoke to was as rude as could be, and it was not a pleasurable experience. But the deal was struck, $750 up front and $150 a month for 27 months. Here's where it gets good.
My mother and I went to their location to give the down payment to shut them up. After navigating to the place we were met with an older woman who was clearly confused as she tried to get us to go to their other location (Yet we were told to go to where she was). We spent half an hour waiting to actually talk to someone who knew what the hell they were talking about. The ONLY saving grace of this place was the girl we talked to for their notary. She was kind and professional with us, and explained everything very well. But these people, aside from the one exception, were all horrible. If it wasn't for the fact I'm stuck paying these a**holes I'd never have a thing to do with them. Wish I could give negative stars
