I had a great experience with Ruben and his assistant Jessica. Jessica was patient, understanding, knowledgable and really helpful with my needs and concerns. Ruben helped me out of an awful situation that I had with another dealership and Jessica helped me pick a 2018 X1 xdrive28i that I am so happy with. They are really nice people and really care about what you want. Highly recommend!
