Hello. I will make this review as honest as possible. This is the worst medical facility I have ever used. They charged my family $3,000 for about 10minuites of face to face with a doctor, after waiting about 3 hours. He gave nearly zero helpful information besides "She will be okay". Another situation is that we have made about 15 payments on a medical situation. Randomly they confront us saying that they only have 3 payments on record. We have seen 4 doctors and I can honestly say that three of these are unacceptable. They give us the bare minimum information about our medical situation and the majority of the questions we ask go unanswered. I can go on about many other reason why I pray to the good Lord in heaven that we never have to use this facility again. I give them a two star because it could be worse, but sadly im dissapointed when they are compared to other facilities. Alamance regional please continue to try to improve your services.
