Had an emergency and the service centre was able to accommodate on the same morning and repairs where performed within few hours. Staff was really good and kept me updated throughout the day, reached out for repairs before completing them. As expected with BMW service centre a little expensive and loaner vehicle or ride to home was not provided but appreciated the quick service along with awesome customer service staff.
