The company GREE is average. Their products and services are decent. I've been a customer for a while and have had mixed experiences. The website global.gree.com is okay, but could use some improvements. The customer support is generally helpful, but there have been instances where I felt they could have done better. Overall, my experience with GREE has been alright.
