Our property management company has used the services of Resident Research for close to 4 years. The screen system is online and super easy to use. We even signed up for their feature where we can have our tenant apply online to rent and once they submit and pay their application fee the information is sent to Resident Research and they automatically run the credit, background report, etc. They then send us a nice organized report that we are able to provide to our property owners to make a decision as to whether to rent to that person or not. Once we have narrowed down a candidate, Resident Research will even do a rental verification and employment verification for us. Resident Research does the leg work for us so screening prospective tenants is something we don't have to work any more.
