You call Service and it rings and rings no answer. Then click it disconnects. Once you ve called several times you reach a person. I ve no issues with the quality of work the Technicians provide. The problem is with the lack of either manpower or the unwillingness of anyone to work the phones. With the lack of communication it s likely that we won t purchase/lease or service a vehicle at Suburban Of Troy again in the future.
