My AC unit stopped working suddenly without warning as I was heading out for work. It was 100 degrees out side and supper humid. My wife has a heart condition and we have a 3 year old, and dogs at home. I tried to go through my home warranty but the company they referred me to were kind of jerks. Said they could not help me until the following day after 1 pm. My wife and I were frantic. I always see and hear the ads for YES and thought why not try them. I am so GRATEFUL for this company. They were friendly from the get go. The call center was professional and friendly. They got me an appointment within one hour. WOW that was service. The technician they sent was the most friendly and personable I have dealt with in many many years, Richard French was a God send. He did not try to push any unnecessary repairs or extras. This company and service rep get my seal of approval and I will be using them again, and you should also.
