Pricey sent my bill to wrong address sent it to mand shut off minutes b4 i got to them to show them the bad address bill i had just received and they refused to change any part of ite in new envelope with old bill wrong address when i got it almost 2 months late with late charges shut off fees included.they were rude disrespectful and unwilling to change any charges
