The owner of the company Steve went to my property...

The owner of the company Steve went to my property and stated that he will send his estimator to assess and give me an estimate. It has been over a month and no Gilpin roofing technician or Steve returned to make an estimate despite multiple phone calls I made and the company rep on the phone promised to get somebody to my property. Well, I guess they pick and choose who they wish to service. I am not sure why. Maybe because they found the property to a difficult one and they do not like the challenges or because of my looks. No matter how good the testimonies are (they usually pick only the good reviews), they way this company treated me is a non-starter. I will not recommend a company who chose to ignore customers based on how they like you or not.
