This non-profit serves upwards of 400 meals a day. The meals are cooked on site, then prepped into serving sizes complete with professional plastic sealing, before prepped for delivery in the Charlotte area. The staff have been on hand for years and know the dietary requirements of those they serve. I was amazed at the swift process of prepping the meals on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. Friendship Trays provides a great service to the community by delivering meals to those who otherwise may not have a meal that day. I am thankful for their work and grateful to have the opportunity to assist them.
