Worst costumer service EVER, trying to get access to my online water bill for weeks now...reset password doesn't work, called their office, person on the phone can't help; they send me to the chat function on the website, and I am on hold for over 30 mins on the chat and still haven't gotten anyone, this is RIDICULOUS!!!! you people should be ashamed of your work ethic and quality, pathetic excuse for a city government run utility! this is why you don't let a government body run anything! there is no competition, no recourse for this kind of pathetic service!
