I scheduled an appointment for a fencing estimate for 2 pm in MountainTop. Which I received a call to push back the appointment for 4- 4:30pm. It's 5:00 pm and I haven't received a call regarding running late or rescheduling. I have own my own business. And never would I not show up early or on time. Let alone not call to communicate if I am running late. Taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the lack valuing someone's time / schedule.
Updated a women called me today 3/19/20 @10:00 am. Being argumentive and excusing the lack of professionalism. She as well lacked professionalism for arguing with a potential client about your staff not showing up until 5:20 pm when the appointment was scheduled at 4-4:30 and not calling in advance to communicate. And lying about the time he showed up , called, oh and I should have called
the office. Which I did call and left a vm. However, me leaving a one star review is not warranted. Delusional, learn to control your emotions when running a business. Because arguing with a potential client over the phone after you were in the wrong is ridiculous.
