unprofessional people, I brought a new phone 3 weeks ago , flip Z and the phone has an issue with screen , they didn't accept to give me a new one or to exchange and they wanted only to change the screen but I have to pay extra more money , and they said the problem is me I don't know how to use a phone . I never recommend samsung anymore and never recommend to be a samsung fan anymore, ill definitely go to iphone
