My car unexpectedly died and I was suddenly forced to buy a new car. Paul Papis was very patient and helpful with the couple of test drives I did in various cars. I ended up choosing the 2014 Accord and Sales Manager Tian Reid was extremely professional and efficient in setting up the right package of products that fit my needs with the car. Especially since I was working through an insurance claim process at the same time as trying to purchase the new car, I was most times unable to make any commitments regarding the car. Which, I can imagine, can be very annoying to salespeople.
