Once you have established a service provider we all want the service to be without any issues. However there can be technical and invoicing issues that cause us to need to communicate with the service provider to resolve these issues.
I have been with iinet for some years now and have had the need to contact them on a few occasions and its has always been a pleasure to do so with compentent, friendly staff to resolve any issues on the spot I wish I could say the same for my bank and to a lesser extent the other service providers I have to deal with, keep up the good work guys
