I have been a customer of Georgetown Cupcake for about 5 years and have always had a pleasant experience when I go into their bakery in Georgetown. Most recently, I placed a mail order of 3 dozen cupcakes that were mis-handled by UPS - arriving late and melted despite Georgetown Cupcake s perfect packaging. Georgetown Cupcake corrected the issue (that wasn t their fault) and re-shipped me cupcakes that arrived PERFECT!
