They're in the middle of renovating. If you're in an unrenovated section, you should ask to be moved. The rooms are humid, the drop ceiling in the bathroom was damaged and tiles we're hanging down, the chair was worn out, and the closet was missing a door. I won't be back for a while until they've finished renovating.
