Jenny was very attentive to my needs during the selling process. I had very specific requirements when looking for a car and she was patient until I found "the one". Not only patient, but was excited with me to purchase my first bmw. After purchase I noticed some things wrong with the vehicle, Jenny took the time to schedule my appointment with service and make sure I was in good hands...In comes Katie.

Katie introduced herself upon arrival day of my appointment and quickly took care of me. She was very polite and understanding. She gave me her number to contact her if I had any questions which was a nice touch. I was anxious to get back into my new car so I'm thankful for her patience and tolerance towards my "is it ready?" texts that she received throughout the week.

All in all, I am very excited to have finally purchased my first bmw, and grateful to have encountered the employees I did during the process. Thanks Jenny and Katie.
