The surveyor then came out, during which time we were told we were only booked in for 2 days. We questioned why other companies say it takes several weeks for a kitchen, he responded by informing us that the worksurfaces etc are cut inhouse and that's why it can be done.
A week later I phoned up to confirm flooring and handles, at which time I found out that only the kitchen carcas would be fitted during the two day fitting. A total contrast to what was sold to us. I spoke to two staff members who also called themselves managers (everyone seems to be a manager), both of which were unhelpful, non understanding and expected us to live in a shell of a kitchen over the Xmas period, totally unacceptable with two young children, especially when it was sold as being complete within 5 days.
I cancelled the kitchen and quickly received a call from a further manager who wished to 'rectify the problem', interested in what was to be said a meeting was arranged for them to come to our house. Imagine our surprise when no-one arrived, I contacted DM Kitchens, spoke to a further manager who was short and horrible to speak to.
A further call from another manager, who this time tried to arrange a rescuse meeting, by this time things had gone too far and there would be no chance of us using this terrible company, she at least had the decensy to appologise on the way the way we had been treated but again, things had gone too far.

I don't know how to reply to your message so I've had to update my original post. Your reply speaks volumes regarding your attention to detail and your lack of support post sale, not unless there are others that have had the same issues as us...are there others?

I'm also not will to provide any personal details on a public forum but to make it easier for you, DMD was meant to start the instilation on the 26.11.18.
