I had received a letter of approval and was told to come in to the office to speak with a caseworker to get my voucher.. I even called to make sure!!! The day before I am supposed to go I get another letter in the mail saying they closed the list! Now they don't even have me on the waiting list. Im a single mother of 5 small children and have been homeless multiple times. It's sad when those who really need the help get turned down....
