Shocking company. AVOID!! Online quote on Sunday and a note saying payment would not be taken until a team member contacted me. By this time cheaper policy found and they were advised of this over the phone when they finally called (of which the guys attitude stunk!) but low and behold they took my money anyway!! Been on the phone on hold for 6 hours in total today to get my money back with no success and the complaints line just transfer your call to people who hang up on you when you are asking for your money back!
