More than a 5-star hotel it looks like a 4 for the structure and 3 for the services .. surface cleaning in the rooms, every day we found some missing pieces, broken stool, toilet paper holder on the ground, unscrewed sink .. as for the food c 'is a wide choice in the main restaurant from 7:00 to 21:00. The "Italian" restaurant and the one on the beach offer pizza, pasta, chips and desserts. Waiters very polite, too! they also greet you 10 times per meal. All inclusive but drinks are charged after midnight. Positive note is the fridge in the beach bar where you can take water bottles at any time. The sea is not spectacular, classic Mediterranean sea, to see beaches top council: Balos / Gramosa (excursion by boat, preferably by private owners) Elafonissi and Preveli (especially for palm trees).
