I wanted a sensible investment.
But if that means the service is going to zero, I'm looking for something else.
I wanted to change my account from which to be withdrawn. This is only possible by letter from the environmental bank, all other providers have arrived in the 21st century and I can simply scan it in and email it.
In addition, I do not get a confirmation when the account has been changed, I have to call until I am told that it has been changed.
