This is the second time I have attempted to make an appointment only to show up for my appointment and find it wasn t booked. The person checking me in asked me 3 times what was wrong with my vehicle; not to clarify what I was telling him but he simply didn t listen to me the 2 previous times I explained it to him. Frustrating customer service to say the least. The new facility is beautiful and the waiting area is very comfortable but customer services needs work. When I drove u, I expected someone to come out to my vehicle like they do at most facilities...I had to get out of my truck after about 5 minutes of watching people walk by. I ultimately had to go in to get someone s attention.
