No record of previous service visit on 4/5/18. Service was incomplete/unresolved. Honda national sends email to give to Jay Wolfe to have JWH call them to get items fixed.

Next scheduled service: Showed letter to different service advisor. Completed routine oil change & tire rotation 5/29/17. Service advisor is very nice. No time to take care of other items. Advisor rescheduled for Saturday 6/2/18.

Arrived 6/2/18 as scheduled, previous service adviser is off work, new service advisor says they have no time to work on the car (can't even fix front lose liscense plate). Intake bay's are almost empty. Wasted trip. New appointment scheduled for next Monday 6/4/18.
