I recently purchased a vehicle from Capital Ford and was overall very pleased with the transaction. Of course the salespeople are pushy and like to try to play mind games, as every other dealership, but as long as you know what you're dealing with ahead of time then it's fine.

My issue came about a month after my purchase. I was told that my purchase price included tags, taxes, and title. I specifically asked about this a couple of times and was assured that this was an "out the door price." So imagine my shock when I received a license plate in the mail with a temporary sticker and a bill for $300.

If I would have know about this then I could have planned for it, considering it's an extra expense that I was accounting for. I don't appreciate the dishonesty from the salesman and for that reason, would not recommend this dealership. I have had a much better experience with CarMax.
