Booked it for hard wired room for work for a week . Called and confirmed about the Ethernet a week in advance. We get to the hotel and was told NONE of the Ethernet ports work in the rooms Can not help me with getting a private room to do my job! Manager on duty stood there and heard me and did not step in to help the front desk. Management not staff does not care for you and your concerns!! Take your money and time elsewhere! You do not matter.
